And maybe the preliminary total too. Anyway, if the numbers hold this show should be slightly larger than Gateway, which means we’ve solidified our gains made last show and it will be our largest show yet. Figure slightly more than 2100 attendees — maybe up to 2200.

Rooms: while the hotel is now sold out, we might pick up some rooms for our block after the room audit. I will be submitting our pre reg + volunteer list to the hotel and they will be giving me a list of all the rooms registered in our block. We’re going to see if we have any unauthorized people in our block. We expect a few, but not many. Sad thing is, given the price disparity of the rooms the easy way out for anyone that gets caught by this is just to buy a badge — the difference in the room price per night is more than double this.

However, this also means we have no emergency rooms. We cannot add any. So if someone must have a room they will have to be put in an existing one. So don’t promise anyone anything unless you’re putting them in your room.
