OK, here is what I have so far for Mei and Tanya...
 
Double Blind Battle of Midway Event
 
Day and Time to be announced.
 
"The time is 0800 on May 30, 1942. As the Yorktown pulls out of Pearl  
patched up and ready for action...time stands still. The elements of Task Force  
16, Task Force 17 and the Imperial Japanese First Carrier Strike Force 
freeze in  place and YOU take over. Two team will take over the operations for 
the American  and Japanese forces: scouting patterns, fleet movement, 
aircraft operations  (including arming and refueling), Midway defenses and attack 
capabilities,  everything. Each ship and aircraft involved in the operations 
will be available  and represented. Operations will be in true Double Blind 
mode, with the only  information received is that acquired by your scouting 
forces. When aircraft  attack the fleets, we will be using General Quarters 
rules. If the Japanese  fleet does not neutralize Midway early, the full 
force of the 89 combat aircraft  based at Midway will be usable against the 
Carrier Strike Force. Will they  attack from the North, East, South....you 
decide everything. 
 
All materials will be provided and no prior knowledge of miniatures rules  
are needed. The rules are simple and easy to understand so they do not get 
in  the way of the strategy and fun of the event. This event is sponsored by
