[Deptheads] RPG category fixed

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I would like to express my most heartfelt thanks for fixing the website to
limit my access to my games only. It will make my life just that much
easier and free up time to be of service to my community. I truly
appreciate it and all you guys do to make things better. Just want to make
sure that William Hillstrom still has access to the Party Games list since
I don't seem to be able to see them either. As long as he has access I am
unconcerned.
