[Deptheads] 2016 Gamex MEGA Monday

Let me try this again:
I have determined that Machi Koro is going to be the MEGA event on Monday morning.  Does anyone know, or can anyone tell me how I can find out, how many copies of the game are in the library?  I will contact the publisher myself, but I want to make sure game(s) have not already been donated to the library.
