I’m thinking of adding something to the edit event page to offer messages to the gm when an event is approved or denied. The denied being the big one, so people are at least told why it was denied and may give them the chance to resurrect.

I can add a dropdown list containing things like this, please let me know what needs adding or changing.

“Your event has been denied, because …”

the time slot is full.
there are too many instances of the event.
event is already scheduled that day.

Obviously, you won’t have to select anything since if you approve or deny from the list page this won’t be available.

I’ll also add a text field for comments to the gm. You could list available times or days here.
