[Strategicon Department Heads]

Excellent.  We should make clear that the third floor space is available to
all con goers and not just people with rooms adjacent to the courtyards.
Perhaps a sign next to the stairwell at Newport B directing them upstairs
to the courtyard "picnic area".  Is "Picnic area" the best term to use?

In related news, we should be sure to not put the LARP in the courtyard
right above Newport B.  It's not on the Event Space Chart -- does anyone
know which Garden that is?
