[Deptheads] Boilerplate proof

Looks good, save for one thing that I'd like to see updated, but isn't a
"Must fix immediately" issue. The "Guide to Gamex for non-gamers" includes
most departments. It mentions, in order, Open Gaming, Dealer Room, Family
Games, Card Games, Party Games, Role-Playing, and LARP (as well as
auctions, demonstrations, seminars, and tournaments), but it doesn't seem
to mention tactical miniatures or video gaming.

As we're less than two weeks away from 'con, I think it'd probably be
better to leave this one alone until after Gamex, and work on it when we
can apply some good writing and proofreading on it, but it's something I
think needs to be looked at.

"Would you like another drink, sir?" asked the bartender.
"I think not," replied Descartes, and promptly vanished.
