[Deptheads] Blurbs, anyone?

[Strategicon Department Heads]

If we're not taking up too much of the space, I'd like to add this as a
separate blurb:

Strategicon's Video Gaming Room has a wide range of tournaments for people
with a digital interest! From Blizzard's Overwatch and Hearthstone, to
Nintendo's Super Smash Bros, to independent games like World of Tanks,
Minecraft,  and Rocket League, there's a wide range of games to play. We
have special prizes and dealer dollars, so if any of this interests you,
please check the Con Book for tournament times, or just drop into the VG
Room, located in the Marina room on the second floor.
