[Deptheads] October meeting location

I got the OK from my bosses to have our meeting at the law offices of Snell
& Wilmer in Costa Mesa right across the street from the South Coast Plaza.
There are a couple of issues.

1) We need to pay them for the air conditioning to be on if we want it on.
It's around $70 I will get an exact amount. We should have a check in hand
for that if we opt for it.

2) There is no free parking option and I cannot provide validation. We can
park in the South Coast Plaza parking lot at our own risk or pay for
parking at the lot in front of our building.

Other than that we will have access to wifi for Skype and will have access
to a nice boardroom for the meeting. If we want to cater lunch that is up
to us as well.

If this is agreeable, please let me know and give me a date so I can put
the last details together.
