[Deptheads] Go fund me for Tim

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I'm thinking we could do a funds matching bit up to a certain point. That way, everyone could contribute as they see fit, leave a message, etc, and it might add more money to the pot, so to speak.

However, they are really close to hitting their goal now, so a lot of this would just be gravy.
