[Deptheads] Go fund me for Tim

[Strategicon Department Heads]

So I got Mark’s approval on strategicon matching funds. The way it will work is if you want to donate publicly you can and that will count towards the total, or you can donate through us (I’ll collect at the con) and we’ll match those funds.

Right now we’ve set a cap of $500, but that’s a placeholder for the time being — we’ll adjust if/as necessary.
