[Deptheads] Game pre reg turns on at noon

Just a reminder. Also, we are at an all-time high for pre-reg’s — at the current rate we could hit 1000. There’s no way this holds up, but I thought I’d give people a head’s up on this.

We’re over 700 events already, and the queues are clear except for three board games that came in after Shane’s deadline, so I figure those aren’t getting approved (but Shane check them — at least two are from GMs that already have volunteer badges).

I’ve turned off entering new events for non-staff.
