[Deptheads] PAYOUTS - Last minute, but still valid

I'm late on the request, but I'm open to late payout requests.

Get them to me tomorrow at con if you haven't already done so.

As with prior cons, if you request a payout and I have no information on it, you'd best be hoofing it up to see me personally.  Won't take a minion's word on it, thank you.
