[Deptheads] Event Migration Curtesy

Hi All,

On occasion you may have an event that got sent to your department, but belongs in another. Please have the curtesy to leave it Pending and just change the department. Or if it already got approved, let the department it’s going to know.

If you are the one creating the events in another department, please don’t submit with auto approve. And, if you accidentally do, again, let that department know.
