Need to get payout information!

Shane, per usual, let me know if you have any changes.

Jim S. - GURPS is still on the list.  Let me know if it's not

Collectibles will use the standard payouts, but new ones need to be given to me.


Anyone else:

If I don't know about it, I don't pay it.  If a sheet comes in with a payout and I have no information on it, I WILL send it back to the department head to come talk to me.  Please don't make your players suffer through that.  It wastes my time and theirs.  Especially if they're in a hurry to leave.  Even a note on the sheet would be good, but can ONLY BE BY THE DEPT HEAD (believe me, by this time, I know all of your handwritings  [😉] ).


Also, I consistently have people who ask if I pay out on Fridays... I don't normally, as when I arrive, I still have to validate counts on dealer dollars.  And with Orccon, I have to make sure that I "brick up" my stash so that I know what we're pulling an what we have left.  Friday nights are my night to make sure that everything jibes before I get rushed the rest of the weekend.  If I do get done early, I will make my presence known in BGHQ (as this is where I get the most requests from).  Shane, if someone gets antsy and I'm not there, make sure the paperwork is updated and I'll try to make it down.
