[Deptheads] Gamex Deadline

Hello everyone,
  This past convention I implemented a plan to increase my prep time for the Boardgames Department.  It was very helpful and made the final weeks before con much less stressful, except for the whole Cough From Hell(TM).  Anyway, I would like to make this deadline move more official.  Event submissions are usually cut off three weeks before the show, but I would like Boardgames Events cut off five weeks out.  For the upcoming Gamex, that would be April 21st.  I am going to spam my GMs with this information again, but it would be really helpful if this information was also put on the website.  I would also like to turn off submissions at this time for Boardgames, but if this is too difficult or time consuming, I can deal with late submissions.
