Todd VanHooser returns!
Todd has been a special guest in the past and has enchanted many of our
attendees with his take on the fantasy genre "The Laughing Moon
Chronicles". The game based on his series of novels by the same name
written by Todd himself. This time around Todd is brewing up something new
and wants to share it with us at Orccon Join Todd for a beta-test of
Wheelhouse, a post-apocalyptic fantasy RPG set thousands of years after a
cataclysmic event destroyed the world of Mythren. In a matter of minutes,
players have their own character in hand and ready for an adventure.
Wheelhouse encourages creativity from everyone at the gaming table and the
pre-game begins with the players doing their own bit of storytelling using
twists and conflicts provided by cards drawn from the “Complications Deck.”
Once the actual game begins, players set out on a quest to fulfill a
driving purpose given to them by the mysterious Wheelhouse while uncovering
deeper truths about themselves and the world that was. This is a d20 based
custom system. Come help make a game and play with the game designer!

Chaosium
We are lucky to have a chance to work with Chaosium, makers of Call
of Cthulhu, Basic Roleplaying and RuneQuest. We have a group of GMs running
CoC all weekend with great prize support from Chaosium itself! Come get in
on the ground floor for what Chaosium is ramping up to be a great series of
organized play games!

Games on Demand
We continue to offer Games on Demand to our attendees all day
Saturday. What is Games on Demand? We have a pool of GMs available to run a
list of games. You have a spare couple of hours and want to play something
fun and unique. Stop by and see what is available. Gather a team of
intrepid adventurers and make some stories come to life. Show up and play
is the way! Come ask about it at the RPG HQ on the second floor.
