[Deptheads] Event Location Settings

Hey All,

I finally set a default location for most of the departments.
Boardgames = Intl B
Collectibles = La Jolla
Card Games = Intl B
Miniatures = Intl A
Party = Newport A
Seminars = Carmel
Video = Marina
War = Los Angeles C

RPGs, I don’t have a good way to handle the three locations right now, and LARPs needs to confirm a location for me.

And don’t forget, all events submitted before now, will still list TBD, so please fix.
