[Deptheads] Event Location Settings

Three departments with three different organizational groups and separate
HQs. Only one of which actually uses our system for game signups. All the
PFS and AL games get approved in a lump which fills my inbox with game
approval listings I have nothing to do with and then when I do my signup
sheets I have to make sure that I remove the PFS and AL events from my
data. Could we at least have an *RPG* and a *RPG-Organized Play*
separation, if a three way split is out of the question?

On a side note about HQ locations and listings. LARP's should not be listed
as an HQ, but as a "Sign Up Area" since it is unmanned. My volunteers are
not equipped to answer questions about LARP events since they have no
contact with administration. Of course we are happy to direct them to the
sign up sheets and point out locations on the floor map.

Speaking of floor maps, can we expand the map to list the courtyards and
maybe a text listing of the rooms on the third floor that are being used
for events (since the room numbers fluctuate)?

Thank you,
Jim Sandoval
