[Deptheads] Content mostly complete proof

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Not world-ending, but could I get some textual mention of LARPs on the
third floor on the centerfold map?  Something like:
"LARP events can also be found on the 3rd floor.  See LARP HQ for specific
room numbers."
