[Deptheads] Personnel updates

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Hi gang,

It's been a good run, but I'm moving on.  No drama or anything, it's just
that my son is getting older and we want to use some of our 3-day weekends
for other activities (hard to imagine, I know) as well as indoctrinating
him as the next generation of gamer during cons.  I also want to spend some
more time creating and running LARPs, rather than just coordinating others'.

You are in good hands with Tara (and Rob) and I'm still going to be
available for her to ensure a smooth transition.  See you at the con!
