Hey all,
Its that time already.  Putting a marketing email together with plans to have it finished early tomorrow. 
Please send me any and all info you would like me to include.  Particular priority on special events, activities, guests, banquets, tournaments, and parties!
If I don't know about it, I can't tell our eager gamers about it.
