[Deptheads] Changes to Map for Conbook

[Strategicon Department Heads]

LARPs HQ now shares its HQ with Party Games. We could also use a helpful pointer on the map to the second floor stairs that lead to the third floor courtyard, where several LARPs take place. Noting that those are the stairs to the courtyard and to 3103, 3104, and 3109 (where LARPs take place) would be amazing and wonderful.

There are several things that need updating on the map that I know about.

Family Area, not Family Space

LA Board Game Jam should be removed from the map

Room 16 should say Party Games HQ

Math Trade is now in the Executive Boardroom, not the Plaza Foyer
