[Deptheads] Seeking a GM

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I don't get to see the "behind the scenes" info for any department other
than my own. I don't know if he submitted an email,although I'm assuming he
did, which is why I'm asking here before going on a wild Facebook Friending
spree. ;)

I won't get into why my department has zero active, functional GMs for our
tournaments... =>_>=
