[Deptheads] Payouts information

Once again, it's that time again when I bend your ear to listen as I tell tales of woe and despair of those department heads who have to come see me because I don't have payout information.  That's right, if I don't have it, I don't pay it until I see you face to face.  No minions, no written missives, just a plain old sit down to discuss the issue.


Those who have contacted me (you know who you are...) I've set you up. BoardGames and Collectibles get me any changes to the schedule that are NOT on the website.


You may of course elect to speak to me directly at con.  I will be available.  If you can catch me on Friday (the king will be in his counting house, counting up his dealer dollars) I'll try to make myself available (I'll email my room number on Friday), or you can catch me in the usual location all weekend long.  If I'm not there, feel free to bring up the subject to my Minion$ of Money and they should be able to assist you.


Per Tanya's emails, we'd like to see all paperwork frequently over the course of the weekend.  This way we can save Tanya some time and effort taking care of all the information after the con.  Once a day will work, but if you can spare a minion more often, have them drop the sheets off when you can spare them.


Once again, let's make sure that I have the payout information BEFORE the game is actually played.  This way I can ensure payouts in a timely manner instead of waiting for you to come see me.
