[Deptheads] Color Coding Payout Sheets

[Strategicon Department Heads]

All of your "called colors" have been reserved for previous usage. I
claimed all available hues and saturation's prior to asking the question.

In all seriousness, it had earlier been requested that each type of event
have a color code:
101s being blue
Tournaments are pink
Events are orange
Demos having lethally-serrated edges, etc.

If this color coding by event type is a thing that we want to happen, I'm
fairly certain that Payouts doesn't want each department to have their own
color scheme. We'd have to provide a legend for every department and I
think Ken would then have... words... with all of us.
