[Deptheads] Secret Sith/Hitler in Party Games at Orccon '18

Hey gang,

So I want to ask some questions before I submit an event for the Secret
Hitler thing I had planned that was discussed at the staff meeting not too
long ago. This will help determine when I should submit it for, and even if
it gets submitted.

Firstly: How many of you nice folks are down to participate? I'm hoping for
a full game of 10, but I think if we had a minimum of say 7, we could still
make it work. Either way, I'd need to have a commitment to the event. With
that in mind...

Secondly: Because I plan to use this event to introduce attendees to our
department heads and staff, I understand that this event requires that same
staff to essentially leave their departments to their senior volunteers for
an extended period of time (ideally, an hour minimum). What time would be
best for this? How long could you realistically leave your department? I
want to respect all of your areas and responsibilities, so I don't think
that I'd ask for more than two hours at MAX (realistically, I think this
could be done in an hour), and if your departments are anything like mine,
than I am leaving the Friday and Saturday night rushes the hell alone.
Thoughts?
