[Deptheads] Help Requested: Description Issue

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Win10 with Firefox, descriptions look good from here. The only problem I
see is that if you click on the Description button for a game that's near
the bottom of the page, the Description widget gets opened below the
page-view area. It can be seen if you scroll down, but at first glance it
almost looks like nothing happened.
