[Deptheads] Players bringing games

I’ve added this to the email for all approvals.

"Please bring a copy of the game. If your copy is needed for the event, then you will get priority over even another pre-registered player, if necessary. This can be true for any event where multiple copies of a game can be run at the same time with the same GM, but especially in board games.”

Anyone see any problems. This will be in all pre-registered approval messages, as we don’t distinguish between departments.
