[Deptheads] A hotel question on BGG

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Someone was asking when would be a good time to get rooms for the
Strategicon conventions. I first noticed this thread a week or two ago, but
figured that someone else would notice it and answer (since I don't know
the answer to their question). I saw it this morning, and saw that nobody
had answered them.
