[Deptheads] War Games Department

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Hi folks,
  I noticed on the website that there is no listing for the head of War Games.  I was trying to get in touch with Bootsie, and figured I would start there, since I do not have her e-mail.  Can anyone help me out?
