[Deptheads] 2019 Orccon Volunteers

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Heads up to anyone with people looking for hours, David Holt in the library
is always looking for people to help pack (Monday morning) and unpack
(Friday afternoon) the games library. They will not need to actually move
anything, just handle the games and such.
