[Deptheads] 2019 Orccon Volunteers

[Strategicon Department Heads]

 Hello everyone,
   I am ready to officially say that the end of the world is nigh.  I have more volunteers than I need. 
   At this moment, I am aware that Minis, Family Area, and Video Games need volunteers.  John needs help with a Warhammer event and David needs help with the packing/unpacking of the library.  Most of these volunteers are expecting to volunteer enough time to get a room comped, so I am not certain if these opportunities satisfy their needs. That being said, I actually do have a three that are just looking for badges, so they might be a good fit for these jobs.

  Finally, I thought that Artemis was looking for volunteers as well, but I am not sure if this e-mail is reaching that "department."  Anyone know what their situation is as far as volunteers?
  I will be contacting my volunteers and seeing who is willing to jump ship to another department.  I will then put people in contact with each other so they can work out details.  If anyone else has a need, please let me know.  I still have not heard from a couple people and may end up with even more people looking for hours. :)

A morning person would be great. I would love to actually have the area manned between 8 and 10am. This would include setup, so a sense of organization would be even better.
Also, if I had a person for Friday and Monday, I could expand the days.
