[Deptheads] Paizo's Offer For Orccon 2019

Hi all,
During Gateway, Paizo responded to the request for someone to come to Gateway 2019. Unfortunately, they were unable to send anyone for Gateway 2019. In July, they were thinking they'd send everyone in the office out to everywhere they could post release of Pathfinder 2nd Edition. However, after what happened this year, they are being much more conservative and will have part of the team stay back in case there are unexpected issues (for those who missed it, Paizo's site was unavailable for at least 2 weeks in August after the playtest started).

So, they've counter offered to send people to Orccon 2019. That will be just around the time they will begin revealing final rules for Pathfinder 2nd Edition. Jason Bulmahn will be on vacation that weekend, but Mark Seifter, one of the main developers for 2nd ed, is available to attend. Additionally, they'd like to send out Linda Zayas-Palmer, one of Paizo's adventure developers/writers. Both would be open to a panel discussion on a topic we're still nailing down (though it will likely cover running playtests, results from the Pathfinder 2nd Edition Playtest and changes coming out of that). Additionally, they will be running a few exclusive adventures through-out the weekend.

Paizo's ask here is that we supply each of them with a room: Arriving on Thursday and departing on Tuesday.

Is this possible? PFS is willing to forgo one of our GM rooms to help accommodate if needed.
