[Deptheads] Volunteers....what are your department's needs?

I'm gathering a pool of able and willing bodies, and would like to tailor
the volunteers I give you to your needs.

At this point what I need from everybody is an email telling me the hours
you need people (day/time), how many people, and a brief description of
anything special you'd like me to know...such as if certain skills or
knowledge would be preferred, etc. If I do not hear from you, I will assume
that you and/or your senior volunteers have gathered your forces and you
are all set.

So far who I have heard from, who are in need of volunteers, are: family
area , miniatures, game library (for Monday packing only), collectibles.
I also know that RPGs are good to go.
So please email me this week and let me know your needs. I would like to be
able to turn in my volunteer badge list by the end of this week so they can
prereg. Also...if you have extra volunteers who would like to try something
new, I can put them to work, so let me know that too!
