[Deptheads] Volunteer question

I had a regular volunteer who works her full 8+ hours in one department ask
me if there was a way to do more to get a parking reimbursement. I told her
I would ask, as I don't know all the ins and outs. My first instinct was to
say "no" as I've never personally known anyone to get a parking
reimbursement even though I do see it on the reimbursement form.
This also made me think that I need some guidance. Basically a handbook
with what I can or cannot offer volunteers, and I'm also collecting the
"volunteer duty" descriptions from each department as I receive them.
Anyway, for right now I just need to answer this particular person's
question. If someone needs to message me privately and ask "who" this is, I
can answer that. (Don't want to embarrass them, even though it's not
someone I personally know well,  I'm pretty sure many of you do know them)
