[Deptheads] Regarding Location listing in events

When it comes to location, general users have it easy, they get three choices.
Admins have no default, so it displays the top of the list, which, being currently alphabetical is Bel Air.
The challenge with those with admin access is how to set a default.
Some people have access to more than one department, so in order to set a default on the back end, first I need to make sure their primary department is the first one listed in their permissions (my problem, no one else). Of course, some people’s primary department isn’t an event department (i.e. Dealer Room, Registration).
I could also use Javascript to set the default location based on the host department when set. This is something I can get to eventually, but it will only help some departments.
Suggestions appreciated. They might give me an idea.

They also get the options of “Family Area” and “Other - list in notes”. If the default location is not the location they need, they should select other and list it in the notes.
