[Deptheads] Website error - not saving changes to a Badge

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Made a badge for a hardware donor volunteer, but forgot to set the Hardware
Donor title. Went back in to make that change, and it will not add the
title at all. I have attempted this several times now, all with the same
(lack of) results.
