[Deptheads] Volunteer update

[Strategicon Department Heads]

This is primarily for Mike, Jason, Tracey, Tanya, and Dave (for Monday
morning Library tear down). Here is the schedule I have so far with the
volunteers I am supplying, not ones you may already have.
Color coding: green is for the hours you need someone. Blue is a scheduled
volunteer...in Sharpie. Yellow is a scheduled volunteer whose schedule I
may have to mess with. Don't worry about the column saying Available
Volunteers, that's just my notes, and that is not all of our volunteers.
It is not all filled in. But if you look at it and you see where there are
more hours that you need people (should be green but they aren't), or if
you got someone to cover those green hours, please let me know. I will keep
this updated (only I can edit). So at the con, you can go to the link and
know who you are supposed to have at what time. This file is a WIP - but it
is the best we're going to have for this con.
As we have volunteers that work out in particular departments, I'd like
them, for future cons, to be in direct communication with you or whoever
does your volunteer scheduling (seniors?). This will make each department's
needs very clear to me, and make it easier to pop new volunteers and my
multi-hour volunteers into the schedule to cover everyone's needs.
Richard, I did not include Artemis, as I believe you have your own guys and
you have David (Severus) full time. If you do need more, let me know asap,
and I'll try....
