The site ate one of my GMs’ badges and I had to put it in tonight when he said he couldn’t get into the system. I’m sorry. It’s Andy Perrine in LARPs; I hope it gets printed, but I just wanted to direct your attention to it. I noticed your form said “Volunteer” badges and wasn’t sure if you needed one for a GM badge. Happy to fill it out if so. I’ve never had a straggler before.

Hi! Notes for next con: A number of my GMs are having trouble claiming their badges online, especially those who have to make new accounts and link those accounts to their badge. I have had to check that I inputted their badges numerous times, which is how I found the above error (and I knew I inputted the badge the first time because the info auto-filled when I did it the second time.) In addition, the site actually kicked me out last week when I was inputting badges normally, for some reason. The link-up error is also happening for folks who previously had an account. I have no idea what’s happening, but I thought you should know. It’s affected my pre-reg numbers as many of my GMs couldn’t get into their accounts or sign up for games, nor could they sign up in other departments.
