Hello everyone,
  I know we have marketing e-mails that go out but I was wondering if we send attendees a "reminder" e-mail right before the convention?  If we do not, I would like to suggest that we think about doing this, for those who have pre-registered and for which we have an e-mail on file.  I bring this up because the age old reminder to "bring a copy of the games you want to play" could be included in such an e-mail, as well as any other important reminders we might want to send out (parking issues, where to pick up badges, etc.)
