[Deptheads] New Edit Event is live

[Strategicon Department Heads]

 I honestly have never noticed it before and when I clicked on it, I am not even sure what I got.  I am not sure what you would use it for, but It definitely was not useful in it's current form.

I think it’s finished. It’s up to you to make sure.

I still need to update the Event Approval Queue, but those changes should be mostly cosmetic.

Also, I think I still have some updates to make to the Event Schedule page, but I can’t easily do some of it without the new event data.
