I’m not saying we couldn’t. And, I, for one, am not aware of all our capabilities. Something the group might want to discuss in a separate thread.
Mike, you are more aware of space not assigned to a specific group, and can help arrange things beyond just space. You are also, one of a very short list of admins that sees all events.
My primary query was about setting things up to make events in need of a host more visible to those admins who don’t see all events.
Our department admins should know their time and space constraints the best. If everyone is able to see these orphaned events, they can start a discussion of hosting an event.
