[Deptheads] New Run Event Page almost done

Hi Everyone,

Only three things left to do, that I’m aware of.
Write the Javascript to make things pretty, the real work left to do.
Make the insert code actually insert. Should be quick.
Turn the email on success code back on.

So, test away tonight, it won’t actually submit anything yet, but it will give you the impression it does. I want to know if you find any problems.
