[Deptheads] New Run Event Page almost done

It’s whatever you want it to be tonight.  Tomorrow it becomes real.

Yes, there is the little wrinkle of new code for approved events that none of the other pages know about. As soon as I get the Event Schedule recognizing them, your event should display. One step at a time. :)

Your event looks good to me.
