[Deptheads] Winners List and Paperwork

Hi All,

Yes, it’s been just over two weeks since our last con ended, and I’m already gone through most of the winners list.

I’ve seen and heard issues involving the paperwork format in most departments, and I’m sure I need to make tweaks to the data I generate in order to help fix some of the issues.

So, can each department please email me the email of the person in charge of generating the event paperwork in your department?

On to the data I have right now.

Notes: 
Board games, 6 of the missing data are Monday events that will likely be sent to me soon.
Miniatures, where there prizes instead of dealer dollars for “Duel in the Desert”? If so, we still need winners.
Party games, the 2 missing are Saber Legion events.
RPGs (not including Pathfinder or Adventures’ League) No one is listing the final number of players and actual time played on the sheets.

Incomplete usually means we have no winners data. Remember, teams count, and co-ops should list the players or the game won. 

Moved to Sign-up, refers to events that are in the list expecting winners when they should have been in the sign-up only list. If I hadn’t identified them, they would have likely been listed as incomplete. They were not counted in the Winners Events.

Anyone wanting a list of the events in question for their department, let me know.
