Just a couple of notes. Things that have come up from time to time.

1. Qualifiers should have complete signup and attendance info.

2. Don’t let GMs list only first names, or just an initial for a last name, if the sign-up sheet doesn’t list a legible full name. Without a last name, if the badge number doesn’t match what name we do have, we can’t track the person.
