[Deptheads] Con internet

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I have a very hard time restraining my laughter when people in La Jolla
(Collectibles) ask me if there's anything I can do about the internet. I
attempt to appear both professional and sympathetic in letting them know
that the Lobby has the best reception for them.
