[Deptheads] FW: Event Requiring Approval

[Strategicon Department Heads]

System doesn't actually turn off until Eric turns it off in the morning--I
just tell me GMs it turns off at Midnight on Deadline Day because it
(theoretically) encourages them to get their events in on time
