[Deptheads] All badge lists need to be entered asap.

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Mine will be in tomorrow, I just learned how to do it and had the power to
be able to do it bestowed upon me.
I did a few yesterday, but how do I know if they went through? One showed
up on the list only. Also, I'm putting them all as "general", unless you
want me to put "other".
